About Achieve

Achieve Productions is a Special Event and Meeting Management company. We specialize in planning and coordinating major events and meetings for small and high profile firms in all industries.

Deborah deKoff
President and Founder

Deborah has long had a passion for event planning. Her roots run deep in the special events, recognition and incentive programs that she has developed while serving as a Senior Vice President for Morgan Stanley. Deborah headed Morgan Stanley's Women's Marketing Initiative and served as Chairperson of the two most successful Discover Card Golf Tournaments, as well as the annual United Way Campaign. As if that didn't keep Deborah busy enough, in her spare time she also planned many large social functions for her friends and family members.

Within the past few years, Deborah has parlayed her "Wall Street" career into a successful event planning business called Achieve Productions Inc., a company that specializes in planning and coordinating events for small and emerging companies through and including high profile firms in all industries.

Carolyn Paszke
Director of Research and Founder

Carolyn is a veteran of the financial services industry who spent her entire career working at Morgan Stanley. While serving as Assistant Vice President in the Managed Futures Department, Carolyn planned, organized and designed incentive programs for brokers in more than 250 office throughout the US and Canada.

Carolyn organized training seminars, corporate closing parties, executive golf events, company outings and holiday functions. In addition she coordinated corporate fund raising drives, including the annual United Way Campaign, the Discover Card Boy Scouts Annual Golf Tournament and the “CARE” World Trading Day. In 2001 Carolyn left Morgan Stanley to start her own event planning business.

Since launching "Achieve Productions" with Deborah deKoff, Carolyn has been planning and designing medical training meetings, high-profile charity galas, corporate meetings and outings as well as numerous other events.
Since the inception of Pinnacle Networking International, Carolyn has presented a number of upscale showcase events in some of New York’s finest venues, charity golf outings and a number of networking forums.
