Deborah deKoff

Founder, Managing Director

Deborah has had a long passion for events planning. Her roots run deep in the special events, recognition, training and incentive programs that she developed while serving as a Senior Vice President for Morgan Stanley. During her two decade tenure Deborah was integral in Morgan Stanley’s rise to become the preeminent brokerage firm in the Managed Futures Industry. While at Morgan Stanley, Deborah developed several national training and incentive programs for financial advisors and other employees and organized numerous industry sponsored and philanthropic events for corporations outside of the financial sector. Deborah also served as Chairperson to Morgan Stanley’s Woman’s Initiative, Chairperson to the United Way Campaign, Chairperson to the two most successful Discover Card Golf Tournaments and chaired “CARE” World Trading Day. Recognizing her relentless drive to help others imagine, create and achieve their dreams, Deborah left Morgan Stanley filled with passion, great instincts and solid skills to form Achieve Productions.

Always challenged to deliver the best results for her clients, Deborah has continued her education to achieve a Certification in Meeting, Conference and Event Management and a Certification in Organizational and Executive Coaching both from New York University. Email Deborah
